Hi again, i have made this awesome video but is in spanish. Soon i will subtitle it, meanwhile it can be understood by just watching... It´s simple, we only need:
Usb Cable (printer cable)
Camera Connection Kit (apple or generic)
Midi controller (any kind)
And follow this steps as you see in the video... this will work all the times....
